How It Works

ONE
Try a free sample of any of our blends to make sure that your loved ones enjoy our food. Just click on the 'Request a Free Sample' box to the right and sign up for a sample! If you need help deciding on the right food blend, just complete the form and have us choose the blend to sample.

TWO
Schedule your first delivery, (15 lb. minimum order).  Deliveries are made Monday - Friday in most areas and you do not have to be home to receive a delivery. Your pet's food will be delivered in a re-sealable, white plastic bag. The bag will keep the food safe until you return home.  If you will receiving your order by UPS delivery it will arrive in a brown box marked The Pet Pantry.

THREE
When the food dips below a certain level, you will findan OOPS card! That means it's time to re-order your pet's favorite food by using either our convenient online ordering, giving us a call or sending us an email. We will make your delivery on thenext delivery day in your area or a future day you schedule.

We do not want anyone to go hungry, so if needed we can make a delivery on
unscheduled days - just give us a call!
