Say Hello to Bridget
Bridget is about 7.5 months old (8/1/10). She is a hound/lab/shepherd mix and weighs about 55lbs and will probably reach 70-80lbs. She is house-trained, crate-trained, leash-trained and working on basic obedience. She loves everyone and is good with all adult dogs. She is a bit bossy with dogs her own age and size, so would do best as an only dog or with an adult dog.
She is a very bubbly, happy gal – always eager to follow her person(s) where-ever they want to go! She also loves to splash around in a kiddie pool! She has moderate energy, so she will eagerly go on walks short, medium or long and she is good at settling in the house after some moderate activity time.
She is ready to find her special person / persons to be her forever companion(s).
If you are interested in meeting Bridget, please visit Pawfect Match Rescue --- www.pawfectmatch.org.
Bridget goes to most adoption events, but don’t hesitate to request a visit, so her foster mom can be sure to bring her / set up a separate time for you to meet this adorable sweet gal!
What do you think of Besin? - BESIN HAS A FOREVER HOME!!!!
Besin is a hound/terrier mix and is about 8.5 months old (8/1/10). He is a sweet fella – loves all people and is good with dogs and cats. He would do best with an older female canine companion. He is about 40-45lbs and will not be getting much bigger.
He is house-broken, crate-trained, leash-trained and doing well with basic obedience – very eager to please.
He is an active dude, so he’d make a great partner for someone who likes long walks and/or some jogging! He also loves his chew toys when it’s time to be settled in the house. When activity time is over, he likes to be near his people and if possible cuddled up right next to or on them!
He is ready to find his special person / persons to be his forever companion(s).
If you are interested in meeting Besin, please visit Pawfect Match Rescue --- www.pawfectmatch.org Besin goes to most adoption events, but don’t hesitate to request a visit, so his foster mom can be sure to bring him / set up a separate time for you to meet this adorable sweet fella!
Meet Shenzei
My name is Shenzei and I am a mixed Rottweiler and maybe Akita. I am around 90 lbs., get along with most dogs, and am approximately 4 years old. I have been with the NC Rottweiler Rescue a long time. I have nice house manners and must have once lived in a house. THen, somehow I ended up in a shelter. One of the Vets that gave me my vaccinations commented that my nose must have been broken. Of course, it is all healed and doesn't bother me, but it does make me look a likttle silly. I am not a barker. I do love to be with my person. If you would like to foster me or make me your forever dog, please email ncrottierescue@gmail.com or visit www.ncrottierescue.net for more infomration about NC Rottweiler Rescue.
Kozmo needs a forever home! - Kozmo has a FOREVER HOME
Kozmo is a 4 year old neutered male mixed breed dog weighing about 30 lbs. He has long legs and a Disney face! When rescued he came totally shut down, both physically and emotionally, but is now coming into his own. He LOVES the outdoors, is playful and very active! He has been in doggie training with Superior Dog Training for several months. He prefers to be the greeter rather than being greeted. He tends to ignore other dogs and animals.
Kozmo is a very unique and beautiful soul that will thrive in a home with a big yard to stretch his legs. All of his shots are updated. Kozmo comes prepared with a year's supply of heartworm medication and other doggie stuff.
